Tech Ridge Cafe is located inside Dixie Technical College. Our cafe has mouth watering options for lunch from 10am to 3pm Monday through Thursday. We even have weekly specials prepared by our world class culinary students. The view alone is worth a visit. While here be sure to take a peak through the culinary windows to see our students learning how to be a world class Chef in our hands-on kitchen. Bishop’s atmosphere is very casual and friendly. We have an array of customers, from locals who come every day to foreigners looking for a great meal on their way to Zion.
