RISE Dance Studio is the fastest growing dance studio in Southern Utah. Formally known as Little Valley Dance Studio, RISE has expanded to a brand new building at 2581 S River Rd! We are so excited for the opportunity this will give our dancers to learn and grow in their dance technique, as well as individually. At RISE we provide a wide variation of dance and tumbling for ages 2-18. We feel dance is something that will bring confidence, joy and friendship.

Shine bright at ALIGHT. We offer quality dance instruction for ages 2-18 in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and Hip Hop for the beginning-advanced dancer. We have a Classic program for dancers looking to try dance or keep up their skills in their preferred style. Our Boost program is an additional opportunity to perform in the community and build confidence. For the competitive dancer, our Accelerate program offers an elite dance experience at a local level as well as the opportunity for travel. Our Talent Sprouts Academic and Performing Arts Pre-K will prep your little one for Kindergarten, boost their social skills, provide them with a fun and educational performing arts experience, and give them a jump start on a happy, successful future.

The All American Cloggers are a rhythm dance team who have performed together since 1984! They have entertained audiences in Japan, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada and Germany with high paced shows that present pop, country and traditional genres of music. Directors Megan and Nicole Metcalf invite students from age years to AAC Alumni to celebrate their love of Tap, Clogging and Irish Step styles and present one of the few dancing shows that can be heard as well as seen. Students perform locally throughout the year, compete at the Dixie Spectacular Competition, put on a show in Disneyland every other season and tour internationally. Clogging is pure joy, like coming home, and the only thing better than clogging is clogging with a friend.

Since 1982, Southwest Dance Company has offered creative modern dance classes in St. George, Utah for kids ages 3 to 18. We focus on age based technique, improvisation, story driven choreography and modest costumes parents approve. Small class sizes, competitive tuition and licensed teachers with decades of stage and academic experience create a safe, uplifting space where dancers build confidence, strength and artistry. Year round programs include fall sessions, spring concert, summer camps and master classes.

We are home to Siva Pasefika. We offer specialty dance, yoga, and fitness classes.
