Howard Chamberlain, MD obtained a Bachelor of Science at Dixie College and a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine. In addition to his education, Dr. Chamberlain completed a family medicine residency at the Southern Colorado Family Medicine Clinic. He is board-certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and specializes in family medicine. Dr. Chamberlain speaks English and fluent Spanish. Dr. Esplin is board certified in family medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah and earned his medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Esplin completed an internship in internal medicine and then a residency in family medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Esplin practiced at Upper Valley Community Health Services in St. Anthony, ID, for five years. He moved to southern Utah in July 2013 to be closer to family and to enjoy warmer weather. He worked in a local primary care clinic and served as the medical director of the Southern Utah Veterans Home before joining Revere Health St. George Clinic.

Dr. Barton graduated from the University Of Utah School Of Medicine in 1997 and became Board Certified in Family Medicine after completing a three year residency at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. He has served as the President of the Medical Staff at Dixie Regional Medical Center as well as the Family Practice Department. He has also chaired the Continuing Medical Education Committee to help maintain high standards of medical care in the community.
