Dr. Graf is enjoying a well deserved retirement, and Dr. Reed Gibb, OD has joined our practice! He has been providing eye care in St George for 20 years. We provide comprehensive eye care. We specialize in Dry Eye, Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, Cataracts, Diabetic and routine exams.

Dr. Keith Reber organized the Foot and Ankle Institute in 1981. Over the last 28 years the practice has grown from one office to the largest and most comprehensive podiatry practice in the state of Utah with four offices, seven doctors, and in office MRI, fluoroscope, digital x-rays, ultrasound, product center, and surgery center. Dr. Reber completed his residency training in Albuquerque, New Mexico after his medical schooling at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, California. Dr. Reber enjoys volunteering his time and skills for medical missions all over the world. He has travelled to Bangladesh, Brazil, and Mexico helping to assist under-privileged communities with common foot problems and care.

Dr. Mark Ence was born in Las Vegas and grew up in Santa Clara, Utah, where he attended Snow Canyon High School and met his wife, Tami. They were married after Mark served a mission in Chile. They have 3 wonderful (and crazy) boys. Mark has enjoyed helping patients restore their smiles to full health while working in the office with his father. Dr. Mark Ence is a member of the American Dental Association and Utah Dental Association.

Dr. Lary Smith attended medical school at the California College of Podiatric Medicine. After graduating in 1990, he also completed a one year surgical residency at the California College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Smith also completed a fellowship at the Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle from 1992-1993. Dr. Smith is board certified in podiatric surgery for foot surgery. He has a hospital affiliation with Dixie Regional Medical Center. Dr. Smith specializes in podiatric medicine and podiatric surgery. He has been in practice since 1990.
