Gracie St. George teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a complete system of self-defense, not just sport competition. We offer beginner and advanced programs for kids, adults, and women through Gracie Combatives®, Women Empowered®, Gracie Bullyproof®, and Master Cycle®. Owner Jake Johnston began training in 1992 before Rorion Gracie created the UFC. Widely regarded as one of the most qualified and knowledgeable Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors in Utah and the United States, Jake earned every belt from white to black under Pedro Sauer, then later earned a separate black belt under Ryron Gracie and Gracie University. As an official Gracie University CTC, our students also receive access to 800+ online techniques that compliment our group classes.

Villatuya's Tae Kwon Do teaches traditional Tae Kwon Do. Taught by a black belt instructor of over 38 years, Ma'am Polly Villatuya, Villatuya's Academy of Tae Kwon Do blends discipline, fitness and self-defense in a safe, fun atmosphere.
