Gracie St. George teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a complete system of self-defense, not just sport competition. We offer beginner and advanced programs for kids, adults, and women through Gracie Combatives®, Women Empowered®, Gracie Bullyproof®, and Master Cycle®. Owner Jake Johnston began training in 1992 before Rorion Gracie created the UFC. Widely regarded as one of the most qualified and knowledgeable Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors in Utah and the United States, Jake earned every belt from white to black under Pedro Sauer, then later earned a separate black belt under Ryron Gracie and Gracie University. As an official Gracie University CTC, our students also receive access to 800+ online techniques that compliment our group classes.

We're Southern Utah's Premier Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Training center. We have several Black Belt instructors that are professional trainers and fighters with years of combined experience teaching students at all levels. Villatuya's Tae Kwon Do teaches traditional Tae Kwon Do. Taught by a black belt instructor of over 38 years, Ma'am Polly Villatuya, Villatuya's Academy of Tae Kwon Do blends discipline, fitness and self-defense in a safe, fun atmosphere.

Hanalei Jiu Jitsu is a family rooted and focused school, built on discipline and growth. Training together strengthens bonds and enhances communication, fostering an environment where family members support and motivate each other, ultimately leading to personal and collective development over time.

STG Jiu Jist is located off Dixie Dr is St Geroge Utah. We teach Jiu Jitsu, Gracie self defense, Muay Thai, wrestling and more. Our experienced instructors are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise with students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners with classes for both adults and kids.
